02. Intellectual Property Rights & Portfolio
Unless otherwise stated, Way Above Studios and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website, excluding specific third-party client assets explicitly showcased in our portfolio.
- Portfolio Display Rights We retain the right to showcase any completed design, development, or brand identity work within our digital portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless mutually agreed upon via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or specific written restriction prior to project commencement.
- Client Trademarks All client logos, trademarks, and brand names displayed in our portfolio section ("Selected Portfolio") are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed strictly for the purpose of demonstrating our capability and previous consulting/design engagement.
03. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
You are specifically restricted from the following:
- Publishing any website material (including UI layouts and source code snippets) in any other media without prior credit.
- Selling, sublicensing, stealing, or otherwise commercializing any creative assets showcased.
- Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website.
- Extracting data or participating in any data mining, data harvesting, or data extracting relative to this website.
